Ok, but not perfect, when looking from inside out. Maybe more elbow grease and chems?

Who uses lemon juice? Does it come out perfect?

I had a job similar to that and it had been sprayed with a render sealant leaving the glass looking just like that. The best think I found was white spirits. Put it in a bucket and put it on with applicator then squeegeed it off after working it in a bit, then wfp the whole lot after. Came up like new glass but a pain to do it
