1,3,4,5,2 for me, then the porch (no worries about drips) and finally the lounge (shouldn't be any drips as the window above was the first to be cleaned. Each pane rinsed as I go.

How long would it take you guys to do the first clean on the windows pictured?

Do you have any tips for the first clean?

I did a practise clean on my own windows this morning, went over them seven times and they still have white spots..

first cleans depend on how bad the frames are, i give them a good doing and rinse off the glass but i always tell them as its a first clean IF and its a big if they get any runs or spotting to call me and i will redo next day ,

although i got called back to a 2 monthly house that i'd done a few times cos of spotting , no idea why but they said they were suprised cos im the best they've ever had , i did them again but no differently to the first time and they rang to say how good they were, i cant explain the spotting at all but very rare it happens , got a house with rotten flaky paint frames that i don't touch and don't get spotting on them , no idea why not i told her they might not work with wfp but they have !!  up to now lol

How many times are people scrubbing the top and bottom of the glass of each pane on say a six weekly?

seen a couple of guys give one scrub across the top and one across the bottom after going over the glass twice

Can you do a painting by numbers one for that Adam  :2_grinning:

On anything 2 monthly or under you only need to go over it twice at most usually

You get the eye for it and know what needs an extra scrub as it doesn't look right

I go across the top side to side once or twice then over the whole glass twice then across the bottom and that's it

I have 4 jets in my 35cm ultimate which i usually use for everything and the glass is rinsed while i scrub

Occasionally it will get a quick rinse after depending on the window

I see a lot of people scrubbing the life out of the glass unnecessarily

Does having the four jets make a huge difference to the rinse? I've tried various flow rates and still struggle to get a consistent 'waterfall'.
