all im gonna say is im glad i never worked for any of you guys!
just think what the big boys pay people, its all min wage manybe a bit more! its called business, we are all in it to make money and a good profit so why loose money by paying over the odds to a worker

 
I think you should pay good wages if they are any good other wise you will lose them and custy if they take them with them .

with the work contract i have ready for employees, they woulndt be able to do that! lol

 
U can only pay that low if their on an apprenticeship /emoticons/tongue.png Otherwise £5.00 per hour miniumum xx

and imo a good worker is worth 60 a day as they will earn you an extra 100-150 a day, and help increase the overall size of your round, its not paying over the odds at all, its paying what there worth

 
This is why so many people are on benefits because employers are tight! Why go to work for min wage, have to pay rent, tax, everything..

When you could sit at home, rent paid for you, free money in your account every week, no tax, council tax, no dentist fees...

Pay people what they deserve

 
agreed, its not all about the money, its about being a fair employer. a good window cleaner that will double your days earnings is worth 60quid, easily!
