i get mine done in a local printing shop, in the local shopping centre, they do logo printing , cups, banners all types of this stuff, parties etc, £5 for a polo shirt, Company + website on back, Logo on front, there are a lot of these dotted about your local shopping malls. try them for a price.
i started to use a branded logo embroidery company because i thought only they would do them,, they can embroid logos where as the shop printing on hight street cant. But my polo shirts dont last long, in summer, they all discolour with sun and my SWEAT. I GET USUALLY 5 FOR £25.

Unless you are turning up in a different vehicle every time, Whether a van is signed or not won't make a difference to most.
Uniform is a big thing as I have had new clients saying they had no idea who was turning up at their house as it was a different guy everytime with no company workwear.
