Pressure Washing

WCF

Help Support WCF:

I've got a Honda industrial thing, paid £60 off my mate I have a smaller one too but it won't draw water, I price them on about £50 per hour

Yeh he bought it for £800 I think, it's been used once in 2 years, he said how much you got on you is said £60 he said that will do, but if I ever need It I can borrow it good enougth deal for me lol

30 pound per hour, well thats what I aim for. I don't like to tell customers this when pricing a job. I just puts them off.

I spent 650 altogther, I got a 3600 psi, 15litres a min flow rate. With a turbo nozzle. I also got 30 meters of quality hose with it.

Petrol, The bigger machines use petrol. If your going for an electric one I would buy a generator too or your customers will need to be in when you do the job. Its not convenient sometimes. I get my water from a near by tap, if there isnt one there when I go to price the job. I have a tank I can fill with water

That will do the job fine mark.
Cheers , After i got it i thought have i done the right thing should i have brought a better one not used it yet so i dont know if it would be good enough to start advertising for patio cleans etc

Honestly pal doing driveways and pations with it your making things hard for yourself, petrol washer of 3000 is ideal ( mines only 2700 i think ) speed and gets all the ground in dirt. I'd prefer cleaning someone's roof with a less powerful washer tho

That's the shizzle pal.. I'm going to add power washing on my website soon as I bought my washer and have only done my own and mums house lol

no offence mark that washer wouldnt be any good for commercial use its way to underpowered .time wise it would drive you mad the washer that mk has is what you want . when i started i used a small honda witha similar spec and it was very slow and couldnt remove stubborn stains .looking at the roof pic you put up i notice a lot of green lichen stains these are hard to remove and would be very slow with that washer also driveway cleaning with that spec wouldnt get deep clean that people expect . soft washing or low pressure as i understand it is when the roof is pretreated with a chem or moss remover and the softwashing is really only a rinsing to get rid of all the dirt of the roof .

I did not think it would be that good for commercial use but might as well ask lol i sprayed mossgo over the roof 3 weeks ago and hopefully when i am there next time appprox 2 weeks time i can turn the pressure to the correct pressure and it will fall off

''y adjustable3700 epsi equivalent pressure with the optional DirtKiller''

If Im reading this it can go up to 3600 PSI, it also has 10 litre a min flow rate. This should be more than enough. Even with 1875 PSI it should still be able to shifty the dirt pretty easily I would think

if you have problems on that job theres a chemical called chloras which is great for removing algae moss etc ive used it on house walls where youd see green algae growing and it just rolls off the walls . it can be got in most farming co ops as they use it for cleaning milking parlours . ive ordered some mossgo pro to see how good it is il let you know when i try it out

i reckon thats wrong if you look at a conversion table for bar to psi it says that 1 bar equals 14.5 psi and the link says it has 125 bar so it dosent add up i think this could be a clever marketing tactic or maybe im wrong hopefully i am for marks sake . also mk 10 lpm isnt a great flow rate imo im using a 21lpm washer and previously had a 11lpm washer and time wise the 21lpm is more than twice as fast as ive timed myself on jobs .its a combination of lpm and psi or bar that you want as you know time is very important to us .the spec you have on yours is ideal
