My Round

WCF

Help Support WCF:

That's exactly wot I planned to do. If I'm late I don't worry to much now. Custies go on hol but we still clean the windows & ave to wait for our money so it works both ways. It is hard keeping up but they all now know even if I'm late I will turn up. If I don't get round my planned houses so be it & do them next day. It also helps having them 6 weekly rather then 4. Gives me that bit of xtra time. Plus if I lost 50 I still got a good round & if I do get behind I make sure the good payer & more expensive houses are done 1st.

Do you get many demanding obsessive customers?.. I have a few. They are very nice people, but if I am more than a day late (after 4 weeks) then they get really uptight (They tend to be the posh ones with the thirty quid cleans). I end up running round trying to keep them happy, which means the majority of custies end up being done every 5 weeks (or longer!). I had one customer ring me the other day. She asked me what the problem was and why hadnt I been round for a while. Couldnt believe it as I had cleaned her windows three weeks previous! She was another posh one.

Must learn not to worry about these things.

Nah don't get many like that but as I said I tend to keep them happy. I also at this time ask them if they were around in June when we had record rainfall & have they noticed the weather we've had since April. And next time it's ******* down I will come round and do your windows. This usually keeps em quiet. This is also the reason why I do 6 weekly. Gives me breathing space.
