Im gussing so, as in the UK if you didnt then you would on work 4 days a year.

Do your customers mind? Do the windows still come up clean, or does it seem like a wasted effort?

thanks

dave

Spitting yes. ******* down no. Some custies mind but just say I can clean them now & it could rain in an hour. They still come up clean & gets the dust dirt & s&&t off.

If its not hitting the window am out, I wont work all day in the rain though. Half shift and im happy with that. At least I can say I go something done.

I never go back to the same house twice in the rain though.

Try explaining rain make windows dirty to customers, Have fun! lol.

Sounds like u have a stalker there!! Lol

I clean in rain /emoticons/smile.png if their not happy then ill just them of my round... lost 1 a few weeks back due to this..

Just got to explain to them dirt makes your windows dirty not rain.... cos if u got customers who dont like the rain then their a waste of time mate.... Your the window cleaner yout their to clean their windows regardless if its raining or not at the end of the job the windows will be spotless so why do they moan ? /emoticons/wacko.png

Taking customers off who moan along the way is good if you want a good window cleaning round /emoticons/wink.png cos after time it will have payed off.. when u have lets say 300 customers and all of them are fine with the rain /emoticons/tongue.png

some people have a window cleaning round lets say they have 15 jobs in a day and they will only do 9 because of the customers moaning.... this is **** especially when u got bills to pay mate so thats why i like to weed out all the bad people and replace them with better customers /emoticons/wink.png

After about 2-3 cleans they begin to trust in you skills and don't worry too much if it rains. If they whinge tell them they get done or you charge more next time because they'll be dirtier. You ever earn more next time or you get to work in the rain :) Plus weeds out the messers if they say no.
