Waterfed Pole Explanation Slip !

WCF

Help Support WCF:

I keep dropping bad customers... am not wasting my time on people who waste my time.... simple as that...

as every day goes on and on.. my round is improving and improving /emoticons/smile.png so its pretty good actually
The thing is though H you can't just keep dropping customers , you need to grow your round and educate the customers and build a relationship with them .

Hence why I want literature to Give to them to explain what I am going to be doing etc etc .

Ive never droppeda customer due to them not liking wfp actually /emoticons/tongue.png lol

but dropped 1 cos she didnt like her windows cleaned in the rain... well it rains nearly everyday... so am not going to keep rescheduling her.... cos rain doesnt make a difference /emoticons/smile.png

I was going to do flyers about it, but I just started saying to a few customs I was going to start using the pole.. They all didn't care, some replied I don't care what way you clean them as long as you keep coming every month, others were like brilliant that's great piece of kit!!

I am now too thinking of converting the majority of the work before winter really hits and may print off a load of handouts.

My experience with first cleans via wfp haven't been great results. So I'd also like to do first cleans trad. You cannot remove paint, silicone etc with wfp or give frames a good proper scrub.

I've just seen one posted in the wfp forum section headed 'Oh dear!' which is copied from Brodex I think - have a look & you can copy & paste their Spiel to get customers used to the wfp system

Good luck!
