Tell me how you would clean the back of this conservatory roof properly without one.

a £600 ladder? no ta

id use a ladder with a ladder stay against the top window frame and use an extendable brush and a hose, the same as i do every other conny roof and id use the extendable brush from the balcony for the rear section of the roof

I've found on jobs like that it’s much easier using a conservatory roof ladder & wfp kit etc.

Also interested to know how much you lads would have charged to clean the whole conservatory inside & out including the conservatory box guttering running along the back and side wall?

Ive done 2 before it was with another company. I dont mind if there PVC, glass is a hole different story though lol
true pvc roofs are easy to do, but glass you have to make sure you get every little bit pain in the bum really! especially in full sun and the peak of the summer!

Yep that job included the inside of the roof aswell...

Regarding cost of getting a good quality used easi-deck conservatory roof ladder let’s just say it was paid for just by doing that one job. Was an ebay bargain and has earned me loads of dosh over the years... /emoticons/wink.png

I paid only £250 and was like new as the chap only used it for about a week while he built his own conservatory .

Some people have more money than sense /emoticons/biggrin.png

was a good find there then!!!

I've saved thousands over the years by buying good used stuff of ebay. Yesterday I got a good condition 400ltr flat tank for only £20.

It defo pays to shop around /emoticons/wink.png

You can't deep clean most conservatory roofs properly from the ground I've found even using a wfp. You also need to use ladders too most times so a conservertory roof ladder is a safer option for me when required. Other than that a standard ladder with a stand-off works ok too.

This is an example of how to deep clean a conservatory roof from a ladder using a wfp if anyone is interested.
