i did 8 first cleans yesterday, and while collecting at about 6pm i got a call from one of the new custys, now as it had been raining all day and all my cloths had been soaked most of the day i was a little worried at first, couldnt work out why she would be calling?

"i just wanted to phone and say what a beautiful job you did today, thank you so much!"

after working in the damp horrible weather all day it was just the boost i needed, makes me feel proud that i have my own business that has customers willing to go out of there way to thank me for my efforts!

You will find that you will get more of those I find I do , I have them leaving messages for me on my Facebook page too .

I also get them texting me too .

But like you say it makes you feel like you are offering a valuable service and people appreciate the job you do for them .

Can’t beat good customer feedback to give you a boost. I've also got loads on my website as find it's a good passive marketing tool. /emoticons/wink.png

Even better when they give you a nice large tip aswell as often my customers do /emoticons/smile.png

lol, yh it might be, tbh i dont know what xmas tips will be like this year, last xmas i was working for someone elses round on posh houses in upminster and done really well tips-wise, fingers crossed for more of the same on my round!lol
