Conservatory Prices

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Are you on about deep cleaning conservatories including roof & pointy bits or just quick regular cleans (sides only)?

I Did buy a round and he used to price a House up at say £10 and if it had a Conservatory he would double the price to £20.

This just got me thinking if i was being a little cheap

I can get £75 upwards dependent on size to deep clean a conservatory roof. So a regular roof clean would be slightly cheaper but not by much.

I done one the other day for 75, It was pretty bad though. Ive started pricing them higher as I keep getting told my customers its really hard to find someone that cleans them.

I charge £5/£10 for regular cleans no roof and for a deep clean £40 upwards the most I've charged is £150 for a big boy conny

Indeed it takes time to deep clean a conservatory roof properly so need to charge accordingly. Some are a lot more difficult to clean than others but new guy's will find that out sure enough.

Yeh if the roof is green i will charge anything up to £120 even more depending on size but my regular customers i do one every month and just charge them £20 on top of the price for the windows of the house as its not that dirty
