Water tank not filling

I’m trying to fill my water tank but it’s not filling. The water appears to be getting as far as the membrane filter and not to the resin sand. I’ve changed the membrane and it looked like the problem had been solved but two days later and it has stopped again. This time however the water doesn’t even seem to be getting to the filter. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be. Many thanks

What kind of water pressure is coming through the filters?

is any water coming out of the waste pipe?

All sorted now. Turned out to be an easy fix. Where I had changed the membrane, when I reattached the hose the clip had come loose!!

Low mains water pressure? sediment filter gummed up?

I had a problem with my water not filling but I had plugged the hoses in the wrong way round. ?

What filters are you using as that could be the issue
