The new trolly arrived Friday only just had the time today to unpack it and charge it up I have to say it seams it be an awesome piece of kit , only sprayed some water  through it but the flow rate is excellent , we will be using it for chemical applications and softwashing , I know it’s not a chemical rated pump but at £50 for  a replacement pump not to bothered if I have to replace it every year ,it will be interesting to see how long it lasts , I wouldn’t want to use a trolly for  window cleaning but for  those starting out think if they want a trolly this is excellent, it’s narrow , well balanced ,and easy to steer with one hand , only criticism it could do with a handle on the bottom to pick it up by to put into a vehicle as there is nothing to get hold of to assist lifting it up .

Looks a nice piece of kit mate. Nice and compact well constructed and the barrel holder plates are a nice design.

What battery does it have? 12v 12aH?

You're getting me worried, that's 2 bits of kit from PF that you have highly praised. Glad you like it and hope it lasts as long as my 10yr old PF trolley. By the looks of it yours is lighter and designed better.

It’s a lithium battery Ime not technically minded but it’s supposed to be very good , have a look on pure freedoms web site it explained about the batteries on there .

Interesting. I'm looking now. Nice to see the progress in battery development and performance

Nice colour options available and wireless remote controls. Must of stole my idea.

Here's the battery spec for any like-minded geeks

Voltage: 12v

Battery Capacity: 16Ah

Charging Time: 4 to 5 hours

Lol yes I believe in telling it how it is good or bad , I have had a lot of bad experiences with pf but if I have good ones I will also say so , we have a 3 storey decent sized town house to softwash hopefully this coming Friday if the trolly performs as well as  I hope it will I will be ordering a further 2 trolleys next week . Reeks are still working fine , just need to look at this over spooling issue when I have time ???? but whilst it’s working ok at the moment Ime just putting up with the inconvenience of it ????, this trolly is the nano trolly it’s a lot smaller and lighter than there normal one ,ideally I wanted one with a chemical rated pump but they cannot fit it to the nano as it’s to big if I get a year out of the pump Ime happy with that will be interesting to see how ling it lasts I permanently keep a virisol mix in it for plastic cleans and at the moment we are doing a lot of hypo jobs have used 1,000 ltr of hypo over the last month that’s before its diluted as well so probably 5-8 thousand all together  , some serious amount of work .

1,000 ltr of hypo
I used about 15 litres of petrol last week for my gutter vac and I thought that was a lot. I reckon it uses around a litre an hour running virtually non stop. So easy to use doing houses, starts to get a bit heavy pushing it through soft ground though once it gets full of dense material

I find the interceptor so much quicker and easier than a vac , genie and extension leads , I do think it’s very noisy though fir the size of the engine it could do with a better exhaust it’s far noisier than my pressure washer that’s 4 times the size . How are you getting on with it ???

Remember that chap on here using 5L a min of petrol in his generator ?

The job we do we've now done it by ladder, gutter vac and genie and now Interceptor and there is literally 30 minutes difference in approximately 14 hours of work whichever method we have used. This is however the easiest physically, I don't find it any noisier then our genie that powers the Sky Vac Industrial, but that's a beast of a thing though.

That's why I posted it as this runs at fairly high revs and runs a strong vac.

Interested to see what you think, and how long the battery lasts! I’m keen to find something a bit better than the trolley I currently have for softwashing. Really tempted to Make a dosatron set up.

Had the nano for years great trolley because it’s so small it can be a little unbalanced on uneven ground.

the battery is fantastic ?As well as the build quality mine rarely get used nowadays but handy when needed.

I stand to be corrected but the dosatrons  I have seen rely on tap pressure to apply the mix , if low pressure I doubt it would work very well , we have the dosatrons  on the IRU  I will have to borrow them ????

I think dosetrons need a minimum of 2 bar (28psi) to run properly. That can come from tap or pump.

I have only seen tap pressure used on theses things never a pumped supply (for  softwashing)  , I know you can use a pump fed supply as we use them in the Fireservice for applying decontamination chemicals .

Just been checking online, I'm surprised how light the nano trolley's are, what are the batteries like on it?  Can't see a run time.
The instructions say charge it each day after use , verbally I was told the same but the guy also said it will run for about a week without charging , time will tell , hopefully w3 are doing a big house softwashing job this Friday so will see how it goes .
