For the start of next summer /emoticons/smile.png

I want to open my own car valeting service... and i dont want a mobile one... i want to find a good spot that i can rent out.. and just make it in to a car wash /emoticons/smile.png

theirs a good few around my area.. and they do very very well !

if u get that right spot you are laughing... u can get a good spot with cheap rent /emoticons/smile.png it can cost just a few grand to start out aswell /emoticons/smile.png

if i do open one... ill merge it with with my window cleaning business... and have the same logo but just a diffrent similiar name /emoticons/tongue.png

a lot of people just hire staff down here and let them get on with it /emoticons/smile.png very good money in this business trust me /emoticons/tongue.png

cos when im fully booked on window cleaning... i dont want to get another van or 2 man setup... id rather sell off my low priced work and replace it with more quality work /emoticons/smile.png

just work 3/4 days a week /emoticons/smile.png and then in the spare time i have i can concentrate on that /emoticons/smile.png

Ill be honest the thought has crossed my mind, like you said location sis EVERYTHING here. I don't think it will cost a few grand though. IT also need to be open normal hours for it to work. You cant just do windows some days then go open the car wash the other days. People need to know its going to be open when THEY want there car washed not when you have finished your round.

Also your really limiting your earnings if you dont want to take someone on.

There's a car valet place about 10 minutes from me that's for sale. Guys selling it really cheap and the business is really profitable! I just don't have the time anymore but I did consider hiring someone for a few months to look after my company so I could get the valet place setup properly...

Back on topic, if this is something you wana go for, then why not?? Just make sure you don't let it take over the window cleaning, the car cleaning should be able to look after itself with a few employees, just make sure they don't pocket your change
