thats what i been saying to people but they say it gives them that extra edge... if your business minded u dont need this book

if u arent then u do need it /emoticons/smile.png

I personally think that with window cleaning its like this. Once you have your round set up keep all the custies that are near each other on the same day/week so saves diesel/petrol. Put your prices up every now & again but not to much. Keep yer books in order which is a **** of ****. Do a good job. Be insured. Pay yer tax bill on time. Don't even need an accountant. Easy really. 4 years no website no Facebook no books & have a good buisness. Just saying it can be done without all that. Waiting to be shot down now lol.

richard u shud put it up to 50 quid

You might be right; if anyones becomes a self employed window cleaner, your going to invest a lot of time and money in the first 3 years – even with the low cost of buying a second hand van for £500, with running cost over the 3 years, can easily add up to spending £5,000 during that peroid – if going to spend that much on only the van, (the cost of the equipment hasn’t been put in yet), then maybe I should charge more for the book, why should I sell the book for a measly £5-£15 profit?

What do you think harunh? Nobody is born with the information, and just because someone decides to set up a window cleaning business, that dosent mean they will automatically know what they are doing. How much is it really worth to each individual? I have no idea, but I think £34.95 is a fair price.

Your clearly not business minded, read your post a good few times. Think about what your wrote...

Theres only so many ideas you can have your self, you aren't going to cover every aspect of window cleaning or think of every idea possible. Theres some good ideas in here if followed from the start will lead to you making some decent money. I could already point out 2 things your doing well I would say wrong.

Everyone has there own way of doing stuff, from what I hear this book opens up your eyes to a few things you won't have thought of.

With I had the money to buy the book lol

Richard, if you send me the book, if it works ill pay you for once its earntvyhe money.

If it doesn't, returned /emoticons/smile.png

Good deal? Lll

I can’t blame you for trying, I have already given a Hybrid brush to the forum to try, and you can still get the book at a reduced price with VIP.

Both the Tecbuk brushes and book have positive reviews. As Dodger mentioned, the book isn’t heavy going.

It’s an easy read and you should get ideas, once read, then you can start to look at the figures of your round to increase profits without having to do any more window cleaning. Basically you should be able to increase the value of your round by 10% just by checking your numbers; implement more of the suggestions and you aim for a much higher percentage increase over the next 12 months.

You have to make up your mind on whether that’s worth the cost of the book. But if you are still posting the same figures on the forum in the next 6-12 months, what does that tell you? (That’s not unusual I see it all the time)

Richard

I have had the book for a while now. I took to bed last night and read the first 20 pages. I think for anyone starting off this book would be very helpful to steer you in the right direction from day 1. I have been cleaning for 5 years and am now thinking of making some big changes to my business.. Not everyone will think this way, I know I never looked at things as they are in the book. I'm happy with earning what I am at the moment, but now I realise I'm working too much.

Patiently waiting for my copy!!
