Hi everyone havent posted in awhile been very busy /emoticons/smile.png anyway i've taken the next BIG step and purchased a van as the car/trolley setup is... well doing my head in .

Hopefully i am picking it up on wednesday so i am trying to plan my system. On the shopping list so far...

250ltr Tank - £119.56

Pump & Varistream - £149.99

DI Vessel - £76

HoseReel & 100m 8mm hose - £139

Battery - £48.87

What is this best way to connect and charge the battery? Ideally i would like a split charge relay so i dont have to keep taking the battery out etc. Are they hard to fit? Has anyone got a how to guide? What other options or methods are there?

Thanks

Wil

split charger i use is easy to fit, even my misses could do it! in hospital at the minute but will give details asap!

How come ur in hospital dude? Everything ok?

Op-

A split relay system is fairly simple to fit, if you know how to change a light switch ten you should be ok, alternatively an auto electrician should be able to fit it for an hours labour (around £45)

Ok so you think a 350ltr tank would be better? Im just thinking about weight/mpg issues etc etc. I can easily refill as i filter all my water in my garage and store it in a 2x 1000tr IBC /emoticons/wink.png

Thanks RC ive ordered one. Hope things are ok all the best bud
no problem, cheers

i have a 250 and a 125 tank in my van and that last a day, sometimes longer depending on what im doing. if i have a big job i carry a couple of 25lt barrels just to top up if needed.

Yes 350lt would be better you dont have to fill it to the top but it is there if you need it

Exactly what mark said, if you just fill it half then mpg should be no different really, and then only fill it right up when you have a big job
