Hi lads,

Aqua-Daptor seems like a bit of faffing about is needed to fit whereas a simple trigger system from Window Cleaning Warehouse looks like a piece of p?ss.

What's the most popular?

Geordie Sam.

Howay the lads.

kinking the hose can be a headcahe sometimes
Why's that mate? If you get the correct hose - ironically aquadapter hose is ideal for it. Also Ionics hose is good for kinking. I've been doing it since day 1 and trust me I can stop and start the water faster than any fiddly tap can. I don't like aquadapter either gotta reach down to bottom of pole to pull the hose why spend money on that when kinking is just as effective ;-)

aqua -adaptor is much quicker and easier to fit than a trigger

no but people say its not effective on high storeyy ? plus its annoying when something goes wrong with it

in the early stages they had lots of problems but now they are great i think you should try one and i tell you what if i am wrong i will give you your money back, you cant comment if you dont try . They keep winning awards so they must be doing something right

I have tried all three ways (also a trigger) and can honestly say that the aqua-dapter is by far the best method for turning your water on/off. The only thing that has ever gone wrong with mine is the spring breaks. The springs are 99p, I have spares in my toolbox and they take about 5 mins to fit, and they last months before they break /emoticons/smile.png

not with the tap i have and how i have it! dont need to take any hands off the pole and still turn the tap wtih wone finger!!! even quicker than kinking the hose! lol

sounds good,

my tap 16 months old never needed new part! lol plus i could buy over 40 of them to one adaptor.

but everyone has there own way of doing things and what works for one might not work for anyone else. so every method is a tried and tested one, nothing really fails.

After trying every method going the pinch method works fine for me at the mo,...my second choice would be aquadapter if i was that bothered of wasting pure but does add weight to the pole also can't be used with gardiner carbon goosenecks.
