I dont take anything for granted as nothing in business is ever certain or lasts for ever...

Maybe it's the way your reading his posts, sometimes I have to re read then to realize he is not been arrogant. I do t think he means to come across this way, but on first read, a lot of his posts do.

Always used to run as a sole trader, been trading since made redundant shortly after end of 2008. We split the company at the biginning of the yr and then took one part Ltd 3 months ago. So all our commercial work was sold to Honest Contract Cleaning Ltd.

It makes perfect sense to split the business. So one company deals with commercial work and the other domestic.

I'm in process of buying a new house so needed to make everything more professional for the banks. Without accounts signed off, you struggle to get a decent mortgage!

Deffo not arrogant. To the point deffo but not arrogant. People ask questions, I give direct answers. And I'm confidant with the answers I give, because I base things on what I have done.

I try and help people so they don't make the mistakes so many make.

I don't know everything, but my background helps me to look at situations very different to others. And that's not arrogant, that's just the way I am.

Most people usually mail me direct if they have a pressing issue they need help on and I've litterally spent hrs with guys on here trying to help them... But obvs not everyone sees that because its not in the open forum.

They guys who I've helped know I just genuinely try my hardest to give good advice.

And I'm always open to helping ANYONE on here if I can. I might not be always right, but if I can help.... I will.

One thing I don't do is B*tch about other members or slate what others are doing, unlike many on here. I don't believe in that. Its usually a sign that the person has no ability to actually debate a point when they turn to thise tactics, which is amusing in itself.

Anyway, for now, peace out : )
