Thought I'd do this not just for my benefit but for everyone's aswell as me being ... Well just curious lol.

So ...

What social media do you use?

How do you use ie?

Do you do promotions on it?

What results do you get from it?

Facebook, ads on for sale wanted pages and yes I've done promotion and just about to do another. I've had a lot of work from it but it's slowed right down this month but I'm putting it down to time of year. I'll keep posting the ads though just for the visibility.

im on facebook i got a normal profile and want to get 1,000 random friends then i can offer promotions /emoticons/smile.png

Im with H. It works a treat. I tend to mix business with personal stuff and it really gets people talking etc. Baby cloths for one. I posted a few picsk of a wee paire of shoes I got along with a wee suite. They all started liking it. When I post business stuff no one batts an eye lid lol

IM going to pick a 25 gift voucher up at the weekend, offer it as a prize. It should cause a stir. Would make a good prezzie for someone

I was thinking of buying some CNS marker merchandise, ie mug, pen, tshirt that kind of thing with a £10 voucher and basically get everyone in there to post on there wall linking to me, them using random.org find a winner and then giving them it all as a prize /emoticons/smile.png

im going to do something similar aswell /emoticons/smile.png
The way I see it, you get them advertising in Facebook for you, plus if they use there mugs etc, that's also added advertisement if a neighbor pops over a coffee or something lol

very good idea /emoticons/smile.png

im thinking of giving a big pub i do a mug for xmas

worth it ?

its 60 quid every month i earn from them /emoticons/smile.png

I dont know if the pub is a good place to advertise. Over here it's the women that make a decision to get their windows cleaned,

most blokes couldn't give a rats **** whether they had clean windows.!

So having said that, maybe provide a dozen coffee mugs to a morning mothers group, lol
