Mark get it on jobcentre plus. You can do it over the phone if you prefer. You will get loads of interest, ask anyone interested to hand in a CV. Even if its friends. Then just plan a sunday or a day off to do a load of interviews. Its very tough at times, and I know you will be thinking, "at least with a friend, I know what they are like, if I employ anyone, god knows what could go wrong". Thats a mistake IMO, there is pros and cons to both, but you should give both friends and other applicants, equal consideration.

Ive found someone, hes is a friend but one I think will do a good job. Its a 2 month trial. If it goes well then Ill give him the job. If not Ill need to go the the job centre. Im really not up for training someone. Im short tempered and get angry really quick so its not a god idea
