That mirolite has been designed to be used both ways thats why it's so great. I found in the past trying to rest the ladder/standard stand-off on a small area of fascia very unsafe and scary to work like that. Now using a microlite on the roof tiles instead makes it so much safer & easier to gain the right working height for the roof line. Also comes in very handy to stabalise the ladder from slipping sideways when needing to access flat roofs etc.

If you want my honest opinon I would not work without a mircrolite or ankalad fitted to me ladder now. Simples.... /emoticons/smile.png

No idea yet mate, it just come from no where, every few days ppl are saying they are going

The firm has to give so many weeks notice to their employee's so ask if you are affected. Simples...

They have garden leave at ours so basically you get asked an leave then n there for two weeks garden leave, once garden leave is over then that your official end date. It's due to data protection reasons, so you don't steal people's details and sell em lol
