(her :- why do you insist on cleaning the windows in the middle of the month. i was expecting you two weeks ago. please clean them after the 25th of each month . if that is problematic let me know. thank you).

(her :- no worries . thank you kindly for your services. i cant do business around your family convenience. i already have a replacement window cleaner thankfully and life goes on . it is a paid service not a favour. )

basically her neighbour is my cousin and i had to tie them both in again after drive work being done on my cousins . cuz i dont wanna do 2 trips ...

I would have went with ''i am tieing you up with next door'' then left it at that, Then waited for a reply.

I really think she may have sent a different reply

maybe she had i dont know , but i wasnt moving when i was going their as its on a 4 wk rota and not the time to go over as i go this week . not when she tells me go . like i said if she has got someone else , then good luck to him as its not the type of customer i want . and they will get messed around like i did ...... dont come this time , dont come in this weather. messed around other times

No good worrying about it now,..you could have been a bit more tactful even phoned to explain . Written text can be misconstrued depending on how someone reads it like being aggressive and/or downright rude

In your text it says CAN YOU please leave your gate open ? So your asking them.... A lot of people do this then they complain about people cancelling. Well its their own fault this is whst i say:

Hi (name), your windows are due to be cleaned tomorrow. Please leave your gate open. Thankyou

In that message above im not saying can u leave it open am telling them cos we both agreed that ill text them when their due for a clean. Simple as that

When you say can you... Its like your expecting a reply back which is a no no

Didn't anyone else find that line hilarious?

A good reply would have been "I have a phobia of the beginning and end of the month since I was a child, so I don't leave the house until the 10th and have to be back inside for the 22nd at the latest. I make sure I have stockpiled enough non-perishable food for this time."

In all seriousness, this customer entered le dropzone as soon as she started moaning IMO. Once they start, they never stop.

I bet she is paid monthly, and u were just catching her when she was short. I wouldn't have got my back up about it. Just said sorry i cant acommodate that.
