Well from Next week this will be the last everyone gets done before Xmas, so I'll expect my tips then!! Usually do quite well.

Christ I started telling mine last clean from the 5th nov otherwise wouldn't have got them all in.

Be grateful we have their custom & Xmas tips are a bonus. I don't moan if someone don't give me one as know how hard it is out there. There custom means more to me then a tip.

Happened to me today, but I said, I can come a few days early and squeeze you in before Xmas? No never worry, have a good Christmas.. He gave me £10 last year!!

Wear a silly Xmas hat and the tips are great. I get on so well with all my customers and most are like old friends, £754 last year and £562 already this year /emoticons/smile.png

Mark you need to remind them of christmas, so when your leaving say its last clean before christmas then when it is nearer christmas, talk to custies about xmas
