I bought a Broadex hose reel when I set my system up and after using it for the second time I noticed orange spots on the window? Being a novice I presumed I was doing it wrong,I asked friends that use the pole if its possible that the reel could rust but got a funny look ? Well I've stripped it down and the steel elbow that's connects the pipe is full of black grim and rust ?

Is this an isolated problem ? Just didn't expect problems like this with all new gear !!

Good old Brodex.... Contact them and see what they have to say then let us all know

haha i already can ! Zero !!

I emailed them on Monday,im still waiting?

Note to ones self ! In future do more research /emoticons/sad.png

Got it 5 months ago, been sat there cos I just cracked on with the ladders. You'd think so eh martyn, very bad design but I knew very little about wf systems so it did my head in !

It sounds like the elbow they have fitted is not suitable for use with pure water. If I remember correctly the only metals that don't contaminate pure water are Brass and non-ferrous metals
