Poles are good. Service, not so. If Kelly answers the phone, you have no chance of your order being done right or even appearing. John always sorts me out........but only after Kelly has made a hash of it.

If anyone from brodex is reading and is offended, I'm sorry, but look back through my call log over the last few years and you'll see what I mean.
