Last month texted customer and she texted back saying please leave this time but do them next time. I texted tonight and she replied please leave this time.
I'm not going to be messed about, so come on you lot, how do I reply? Or do I just not bother to text back and deff it and if she gets in touch say you're off the books ya bint or something similar.
I always feel that if you get in touch before you go, you give them an excuse not to have them done, whereas if you just turn up and start work it's harder for them to cancel.
In hindsight, I should have just turned up. £13.50 short tomorrow because of that :angry:
