Was ready to go out this morning after filling my van tank but managed to twist my knee. Not a great start as then had to hobble back indoors to cancel the work I had booked in for today. /emoticons/sad.png

Cheers cns, I'm taking pain killers and anti inflammatory drugs at the mo so will see what it's like tomorrow morning if I can work or not.
