To be fair, they shouldn't fall in the first fall in the first place! It won't be that part that aways break if it falls, you was just lucky, if the pole itself hit a flower pot first then it would of been the poke that broke,

Just snapped the end of mine, on the 26ft pole, the plastic bit, not tyhe actaull pole, is that what happened to yours?

Had to happen today cant replace till after christmas lol, just got to use the pole as a 22ft instead for time being...

How can you still use it if you snapped the top?

Well window cleaning shop took the top pole out, and used a part from another pole(its the bit where the pipe goes through, it snapped off the pole.

So using it as a 22ft pole rather then a 26ft pole..

Wait, it was the same bit broke on mine.....gotta be a design flaw...I was only putting the brush on the goose neck when it snapped grr

It's a shame mate, a few teething troubles I'm sure they'll sort out, frustrating when your the guinea pig though.

Gmeister, we have just taken delivery of an updated version and can send you some straight away. Of the hundreds of Phoenix poles out there we have had a very small percentage fail on us which is extremely annoying for us and the user.

Is got nothing to do with that. If you read what's been reported wrong (poor choice of wrod) with the pole and how it happened then you would realise it was nothing to do with luck.

Ive got a replacement in the post. It got sent on next day after I reported what happened.
I would still rather have a few of the current parts than a ''new'' part. I think it being weaker is a + mine worked perfect before I got slammed lol.
