Rope Access Ticket

Has anyone done the rope access ticket?

I am going to get it done as the guy I am starting is level 3 so I can start looking at getting rope work /emoticons/smile.png

Just looking to see if I can get some feedback if anyone has experience of rope work or doing the course(s)

I booked the combined level 1 2 and 3 course today £649 well chuffed

Looks impressive when you get a team across a building see em regular in bury have seen the tested tags on the anchor rails on the roofs but absolutely no idea how to go about getting a ticket but does look quite relaxing once over the ledge it may not be so relaxing on a windy day stepping off the ledge

I love abseiling so it aint all bad plus not a lot of people do it already had some intrest from a property managment firm

£649 for any sort of technical course seems good price how many days and what do you have to provide and have you had a go on a rope beforehand

its 5 days, yip done a shed load of abseiling

Always wondered how you confirm the anchors good before you go over the ledge all sorts of trade on most roofs nowadays eg air conditioning some of there gear gets craned up there would imagine good couple of bangs could loosen rails and stuff

where abouts are you doing your course? would i be able to do level 1-3 if i havent got any experiance for the same price?
