How Sore On The Back Is Wfp?

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Any one had any experience with frozen shoulder? My left shoulder has started to ache over the past month or so. Not very sore at the minute but worried it may be the start of frozen shoulder. Read up on it, and if it is it seems it can get to the stage were you can't even move your arm /emoticons/sad.png

I have the slx18, before that, had the gardener. So both my poles have been light.....Your right about angles and having your nose to the downstairs window when cleaning the tops, Plus the strain when you are cleaning back windows over a conservatory etc.....
Will try and look at the way im working, but old habbits are hard to change.lol. Thanks for the advice tho.
Sometimes with connys you can get the from the side, don't wish to insult your intelligence I only say it because I still am finding I could have been doing some windows with a lot less hassle than needed, so easy to miss the best option. Another over connys suggestion you may or may not have tried is to roll your wrists back and forth while working, can make the upward push easier going, and clean all the bits of glass at once and rinse the lot together, ESP helps if you're not comfy rinsing on glass

Im also always finding better ways to do windows all thew time, or parking in better places etc...

Thanks for the advice tho.

Oh, and try to move your body from the torso rather than the shoulders/chest, something I need to do better, unless you're doing h's break dancing method

Yes i`ve been to an osteopath years ago. I used to work in an electrical shop selling tv`s. I used to deliver them. Not todays flat screen jobs but the big old wooden ones like a coffin and weighed a ton. Not much wonder the back went. Im a bit overweight so that doesn`t help. I will keep your offer in mind Belfast if I need the practise. Thanks /emoticons/smile.png

Cheers,

Steve
