Carpet Cleaning

If you know what your doing and have a good machine your laughing, plus you can offer it to you window cleaning customers like H said

do you ever find that you can just tell that half of your windy customers just dont want you inside the house?lol or is it just me.

i do internals but most say oh no i do them lol

Yeh i get that but when you ask them if they want there carpets cleaned i bet they would say yeh

There a bloke that was charging £800 for a 3 bedroom house /emoticons/unsure.png i couldn't believe it!! Im not charging that much as people do it a lot cheaper
There are always these sort of stories going around, I take them with a pinch of salt until I see the proof for myself. How many mugs are there going to be who are willing to pay that? We had the whole house done in November for £120. Good bloke too, very professional

Just google "carpet cleaning prices" to get an idea of what others charge /emoticons/wink.png

Yes but most carpet cleaners are constantly running "special offers" like this time of year it would be Spring Cleaning Madness or whatever which is about half their advertised price to get the work in. Its about the only way you get the volume of jobs. You have to offer some sort of deal as bait to tempt the housewives

If you can get your foot in the door and make it pay then why not give carpet cleaning a go Neil. Need to warn you though that it can be hard work but using the right kit for the job can make it a whole lot easier.

I've never tried prochem kit myself so my advice is best shop around other makes too for the best spec kit you can afford on your budget. Also like I said before join carpet cleaning forums to see what other think of different makes of machines.

If you are not aware this is the main association ppl join and they also offer training courses too

Ashbys make the machines to order so you say what spec you want and they build it. You can go and watch them do it. But they will always upgrade the machine for you later when you get a bit more money so you can get a fairly basic model to start. You can discuss all these option with them.

They are only a small family firm in Dartford, East London. I have been there a few times. I used to buy window cleaning gear off them years ago.
