Picked up four today. All housing association tenants.  Every property has broken vent covers. As they are tenants they won't pay to replace them.  All are realy happy with job done. Frames back to white an glass sparkling.

Im not really happy with the job though as all said leave the vents. So sparkling white frames with a huge big dirty blob on top. Any one else get this

If they are happy then that's what counts. What do you want to do about it? Go round and replace them? They are looking out clean windows and can't see the vent so they don't care.

How do you feel about cleaning the outside of a kitchen window when the inside is full of splashes from the sink?

Not really coz it's your work ppl might look and think not going to hire that window cleaner look at the dirt left [emoji848]

I'm consciously aware of each clean being our advertising board.

@Part Timersaid what I should have said. Another way would be to use the wet bristles of the brush head with the flow turned off. The dirt can be rinsed off the bristles of the brush when washing the rest of the window.

What the main reason for the comment was that there are just some issues that are out of our control and therefore have to be ignored.

I used to worry about all sorts of stuff like this.  Now I just do the best job I can for each customer and if they’re happy, so am I.  And I pick up customers all the time, walk ups and referrals
