After some advice so in short new customer first clean all windows and back door spot on no problems

Front door however is a mess while cleaning the front door these white runs start appearing so instantly stop to inspect and try dry door but they wont budge :/ now there dried in and I cant shift them.

No chemicals used just pure water

Anyone ever experienced this and what did u do to clean it off

Never heard of anything like that, is it possible it's a bad attempt at wood grain and you just cleaned the dirt so it's now visible?

Flummoxed me but I would be tempted to try putting more pure on a test patch, maybe right down in the bottom corner where it will be covered by the door frame when it's closed, that way you can see if it reacts to pure water.

Something has been on the door before you washed it down with pure, it can only be that! What is it,  is anyone's guess, never seen anything like it before!!!  :1f635:

Potentially their is a fault with the facing off the door, Their was something like this years ago and it turned out to be the door the client needs to contact the manufacturer of the firm who fitted the door.

With composite doors you have to be very very careful as in no chemicals at all which of course you won't have just using pure. Its out of your hands in terms of responsibility.

id agree looks like to door was poorly made and cleaning it has taken the coloured layer off, not your fault but the manufacturers. As said above get them to contact whoever sold them the door and they can sort it out

Well disaster averted I've gone back yesterday and it seems to have faded and is hardly noticeable to the door only white staining on the metal trim but they can live with that [emoji18]

Somebody has cleaned the white frame around it with a cream cleaner and not washed it off, youve then polled it cream on your brush,

I would just keep on cleaning it until it came off explain to the customer what’s happened either charge them accordingly or take the hit it’s there fault
