How many chances do i have to give my employee

My wife works with me n it pains me sometimes at some aspects of her style, but she is still good. But even though doesnt do the job i think she should, we dont get complaints,so far, i cant get rid of her. So maybe you should consider that side of things, you have invested a fair bit of time in him. Is their any guarantee in someone else wanting to make you a pile of cash. If he is a nice kid, he might grow some maturity n mind you pay for what u get in some circumstances. Just a thought mind, do what you think is best for you.

That is a great piece of kit you have made, can see how you save time, instead of getting applicator out all the time, just spray and surf that window. To work with it on a pole at a bit of height, would be good to have a valve closer to the bottle aswell, open the valve on the squeegee, then use valve closer to bottle to spray. Really is an awesome idea. Would love to try it. Did you change the angle of the wagtail handle- heat it up and change the angle. Would love to see how its all set up. Shame you dont want to make them up to sell.

It is a worry changing over, especially with established customers, as dont want to let them down. Its possibly the windows just need washed again due to the old soap in seals.

    Diy trolley

Took a good few hours to adapt the fishing trolley, drilling holes, sawing parts off, putting in strengthener parts. Hopefully use it tomorrow. My last fishing trolley has falling apart, but lasted at least a year. Just received my new aluminium sack barrow. Designed like the Handy, so need to sort that out, which will hopefully be better, than the fishing trolley. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
