    Linking RO units

    Is it then possible for me to replace the Membrane in my 300gpd RO for a bigger one or add another membrane into the existing RO system to produce more instead of adding another RO, or is it better to just replace the system for something bigger? I'm trying to keep the outlay down to a minimum at the present time as I have just taken on another member of staff and cashflow isn't quite as good as I would like it, as i'm sure all us window cleaners are aware, late payers, non payers etc;
  3. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this. I have a 300 gpd RO system, but need to produce more pure, so is it possible to put a splitter from my outside tap to two 300 gpd RO systems in order to produce more? I have 5.5 bar of pressure at the moment going to my 300gpd system and wondered if I hooked in another, would they produce equal amounts or do I need to sell the 300 gpd system and buy a 600 gpd RO system? your help on this would be very much appreciated...

    Split Charge Relay

    Hi Guys, Just looking for some help on adding a second leisure battery. I already have a leisure battery installed which is connected to the split charge relay, but as I don't do a lot of miles over 2 weeks of the month due to the location of my work, I found that it wasn't lasting until I got back to my other work which is an hours drive away. So I decided to buy another leisure battery for the lad that's with me, in the hope that it will last till we travel to the other work, what I don't know is, can I just connect the second battery to the split charge relay? or do I connect the batteries together, i.e. in parallel + to + and - to - then connect the relay to the positive of one battery and the negative of the other battery? any information would be greatly appreciated. This is the relay I use.

    How much would you quote?

    I would be charging £30, no reduction in price. If the haggle about the price, then leave them to do them themselves, no one will do it cheaper. It always takes longer than you think and time is money.

    TEC3M Split charge relay

    Hi Guys, I appreciate this is an old post, buti just got my TEC3M switched relay today, but unsure on how to wire it up to the leisure battery. I can see the 12v connects to the Positive terminal on the van battery as does the second 12v if a high voltage drop occurs?? don't really understand all that, anyway, i know the Ov goes to the chassis/body but unsure of the remaining connections no6? no4? no2?. I have googled it and it appears to be for providing power to a towbar. I don't know what connection goes to the leisure battery positive, any help would be greatly appreciated..

    Solar panels

    Do you need to use a special brush head on the waterfed pole for solar panels? or can ou use the normal one for windows?
  11. I have been using the waterfed pole system since around April this year. I am still currently using barrels in the back of my van, the reason for this is, i live in a terraced block and my filter system is at the rear of the property, therefore i need to use barrels to get the water from back to front, although, i would prefer to have a system where i had a tank in the back of the van and could fill it in the van, but this would involve too much expense, i would need to buy another pump to pump it to the front of the house.
