  5. First Clean

Nice one mate, it depends how dirty they are, imo I wouldn’t say you have to but it does make it easier, I use screwfix degreaser sprayed onto the brush Sent from my iPhone using Window Cleaning Forums
  6. Price Increase

Update on my price increase 23 Customers up for a price increase 16 happy with the increase 5 cancelled 2 not replied yet Happy with that Sent from my iPhone using Window Cleaning Forums
  7. Price Increase

Yeah the price increase is based on the current schedule not a change, so willing to lose some customers if need be for the long term of my round. Like I said most are happy to the price increase without changing frequency Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  8. Morning Just started to notify some of customers of a price increase in the coming months on jobs that are below my now minimum of £10. Had a positive response so far with no issues, but some have accepted the increase but then wanting to change frequency which would actually make it less for me on the new price than the old, or I’m I looking at this wrong way as I’m looking at it what it makes me long term not just on the day (if that makes sense lol) Thanks for any advice John Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  9. Slick-Connect

Struggling to move the collars lol just did it per the instructions really mate didn’t put the o clips right up to the connectors Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

  11. The Gamers

Don’t game as much as I used to, preferred battlefield to call of duty, bit of FIFA Just started playing football manager again!! played this game growing up, can take over your life if not careful lol Sent from my iPhone using Window Cleaning Forums
  12. Working on weekends?

I first started out just doing weekends as had a full time job, never had any issues cleaning on a Sunday, wouldn’t do it now though, do the occasional Saturday morning. Sent from my iPhone using Window Cleaning Forums
  13. It feels so fresh

Very important post imo, I started just doing windows and fascia add on before adding gutter clearing, then found myself thinking of the other add ons I could offer, but thought with all these add ons I gonna lose something i.e. time and the possible stress of these add ons taking over, as the reason for starting windows was a straight forward stressless job mostly. So I'm just gonna keep on just with fascia and gutter clearing add ons as that's the best balance for me. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  14. Smart Round

If you haven't already mate have a look at Cleaner Planner Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  15. Go for it mate, I started last October wfp, just weekends as had full-time job, went full-time on the windows in January and haven't looked back since As already mentioned you got to get out there knock the doors it's really is the best way to get started, I still have to knock but not as much, work finds me through online presence and word of mouth now, my round it growing everyday, so to use greens saying Happy days lol Pricing jobs is a learning curve, I still underprice sometimes, but you start to know how long jobs will take, so you become better informed for your pricing. Any questions please ask mate, I ain't as knowledgeable as some of the guys on here Cheers Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
