  5. Hello guys. I’ve been asked to clean a commercial garage workshop floor, as you can imagine lots of oil, grease etc. I’ve use Ubik 2000 on a regular basis for pvc cleans etc. Would that do the job or is there any other chemicals that would shift the dirt. I have access to a hot pressure washer as well. Cheers guys Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  6. Hello guys, Just seeing what’s the best diy option to seal my vans floor, It is ply lined already. I understand this may have been covered already but can’t seem to find the topic. Iv been researching and like the idea of the Protectakote. The plan is to take the ply up, clean the floor, give a couple of coats. Any advice would be great full, thanks. Signage cleaning

Hello. What would you recommend to use on the windows once the signage has been removed please. Il be scrapping off the majority of the wording it's just the remaining sticky stuff. Is there any cleaner I can use to help. Il be wfp the windows once I'm done. Thanks Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  10. Im looking forward to testing it out this weekend with a few big jobs. One thing I won't miss is tightening each pole with the hand adjuster every time I extend/collapse the pole. Sent from my iPhone using Window Cleaning Forums
  11. Thanks for the replies guys. Think il go ahead with the uni valve. Looking forward to using a modern pole, I'm currently using a aluminum tucker pole 15+ years old. Thanks again Sent from my iPhone using Window Cleaning Forums
  12. Evening guys. Just a question regarding the on and off flow control on the gardiner poles vs the UNI-VALVE. Which is better? I'm ordering the Slx 25 next week and it comes with the Quick-LoQ Gooseneck which i think is the on/off valve. Think il try it out and see how I get on, but your thoughts would be appreciated. Benz biocidal

Thanks for the reply Kevin. Il be using a spray pump this time round, then il look at upgrading once I get a few more jobs in. Iv been watching various videos on the benz website so Iv got a rough idea regarding application. Il also be doing some practicing on my roof. Iv also brought some Ppe so that's covered. Will removing the moss and applying biocide be sufficient or will I need to apply blackwash/hypo before. Or is it depending on the customers preference. Thanks Tim Sent from my iPhone using Window Cleaning Forums

    Benz biocidal

Afternoon guys. This is my first post on the forum. Since becoming a member last year I have learned a lot, thank you. Last week we removed an area of moss from a customers roof. I'm looking at applying some biocide, my question is do I need to work the chemical in with a broom or just apply a couple of coats and let it do it's job. Thanks guys Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
