    Reel for trolleys

That looks perfect, how did you mount it to the trolley? Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

Do you declare business water usage at home

Without a water meter, what's to declare, what water you use is your business mate, the water companies waste far more water than we ever do so don't worry about it. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

    Gardiner Spray Bar ...

Never used a rinse bar, I currently have 100' fan jets on my extreme brush, does the rinse bar help with hydrophobic glass? Got the odd few jobs that I just don't get a good rinse on at all Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

    Maintainence of pole

As above, you really should not be getting any wear after a short space of time, you must be using the clamps wrong or something. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  6. I am having a real problem with it lately, not sure if it is something to do with the recent snow. I've never had it before. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

    Frustrating customers

I know exactly what I'm doing a week in advance, I certainly wouldn't mess about texting every customer, I'd never get anything done. Sounds like overkill on the workload that one. Customers know I'm monthly, hardly ever late, just the extra dirt we're dealing with here after the snow, for some reason they just did there own clean even though I'm due this week Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

    Frustrating customers

Exactly, even a quick text, I don't mind putting an extra job on the end of my day if someone needs me, it's easier to ask than do the windows yourself surely. One of them is definitely on a tightrope now, been thinking of dropping them for a while. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  9. Had two jobs today were customers have come out and told me to leave it as they couldn't stand the dirt from recent weather so did them themselves, both customers have my number so could easily have called to see when I was due, so frustrating as one of them seemed to think her Windows were drastically dirty.....everyone's are the same at the minute love, just the bad weather, I can't help that. Feel like telling them both were to go. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

    After the snow dirty windows

My customers were delighted to see me today, even had a couple of phone calls from others asking if I was due soon as windows were filthy from the snow, think it might be a busy week or two, happy days. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

Hose freeze up with this cold weathers

Got some trad bungalows to do this morning, hopefully temp gets above zero by lunchtime. Tuesday and Wednesday look like a write off at the minute. Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  13. Been using wfp for over seven months now and 99% of my customers are really impressed with it, but just this morning a customer who is usually at work when I clean saw me using the system and cancelled me, I asked if there was any problem with the windows since last June and she said they seemed fine but just didn't like the new way I did them. I just couldn't be arsed to argue so laughed took the money and wished her good luck finding anyone else, I won't lose sleep over one little job. 14. Has anyone on here used bronze wool on hydrophobic glass to make it hydrophillic for wfp. Heard a fellow windy say it works but personally don't see how. Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

    Scotland window cleaners licence

Is that just a Scottish thing, I've been cleaning windows for over ten years and never even heard of needing a license, think your being mugged off, I wouldn't pay it. Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
