  1. Nano trolley or Water Genie which is best

I use the nano and would highly recommend it, can't comment on the others but just from experience I would say go for the nano. Very light and reliable and the battery life is incredible. Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  2. Just reminds me why I don't use ladders anymore, too much risk involved. Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  3. Accepting payment via Paypal

I love PayPal, I just put my prices up to cover any charge and the time and petrol money it saves going back to collect cash is worth the charges anyway, it's been a game changer for me. Each to there own though. Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  4. Wow that video is brilliant, what a guy. Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  5. 0° splay brush

Just to let you all know, the fantastic 0° splay brush from gardiners is soon to be discontinued and is now cheep as chips in the sale items. This brush is so good on leaded windows as it doesn't catch and tear off the lead, I recommend you get them while you can. Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  6. Ladder safety

Just wfp for me now, why take unnecessary risks in modern times when we have safe and good quality tools to do a great job from the safety of the ground. My customers are really impressed with wfp results so no looking back for me. Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  7. Wfp not allways best

Agree with the others, I wouldn't be messing about like that, just tell them they need to get it fixed. Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  8. I love it, really do think it leaves an extra shine, brings frames up brilliant too. For the small cost and how long one bottle lasts I think its definitely worth using. Like most comments though, it really doesn't change the glass DNA Sent using the http://Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  9. Anyone found a good squeegee handle that works well with the liquidator channel, I just can't get on with the moerman one that came with it and my old unger channel leaves a lot of lines, think it's the angle of the handle. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  10. 25l drums

Just buy new, not very expensive and you can't put a price on quality for customers. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  11. What would you do???

I'd offer him a tenner at most, if he's not happy with that then it's a kind of customer I would be happy to drop, anyone else would just let it go. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  12. I just couldn't get on with the fan jets on my new super lite brush from gardiner, just couldn't get a good rinse without using tons of water but today discovered that they rinse superbly if you twist them round so the spray is vertical. Anyone else struggling I highly recommend it. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

  15. I filter all my water from home and take out my 25ltr barrels to use accordingly. I would definitely go for a complete package regarding trolley and filters, only thing I would do differently now would be to buy the pole and brush from gardiner. Other than that, purefreedom will sort you out. The trolley is superb, new nano version which is lightweight but very robust, great battery life too. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
