    Winter prep

I'm also in a flat and last year was my first winter with wfp. I take my pole in every night anyway and the only other thing I done was put that silver bubble wrap around my pump and reel and a big bit around my tank. The only problem I had was one night I didn't cover the end of the hose and it was frozen the next morning. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

The pole isn't even out yet only the people who tested it can tell you what it's like... Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

    Water shortage / Hot Weather

It's not a water shortage over here ( in N.I) it's just they can't treat the water quick enough. Our reservoirs are near full. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app

  9. Anything under 100 is good but your going to have treat your water to get it down to nil. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  10. I don't have a clue, you need a tds meter to check your water. My be ask the bloke who's selling the round what your water ppm is around your way. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  11. You would need to test your water first with a tds meter. I don't know we're you are but I know all around here is pretty soft, D'Dee is about 45ppm, Ards is around the 40's too. ( I have to fill up whenever I'm working in them places) Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
  12. Hi mate first thing is you will probably only need di or double di as our water is very soft here, I'm in Bangor and my water is 35ppm. I was lucky to buy a van with everything in it when another window cleaner was getting a bigger van. Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
