Getting your blood pressure checked once in a while really could make all the difference. You can pick up a BP monitor for as little as ten quid. Alternatively, you can get it checked by your Doc/Nurse at your local GP surgery. I believe you can even get it checked at a chemist by your pharmacist these days. Takes two mins. Hi, I actually made a start at building my own round last year. I had gained a decent amount of regular customers, invested in a van and felt confident/optimistic that I could make a success of this. I signed up to the NEA scheme through my local job centre and had my business plan accepted. Happy days. I had made an appointment on the Friday afternoon to ‘sign off’ and officially start trading. Woke up around 8am that Friday morning and felt unwell. Missis phoned an ambulance and next thing I know I’m being rushed to Hospital because I’m having a major heart attack !! 38 years old, no family history of heart problems and felt absolutely fine right up to that day. Anyway, glad to say I have made a full recovery now and have recently started getting my round back up and running. I managed to keep most of my original customers thankfully. I have always used the WCA app for info and advice, but never formally introduced myself to the other members until now. For anyone considering starting their own business the help and advice from the forums members is priceless. Cheers Guys ! Sent using the Window Cleaning Forums mobile app
