Hi Dazmond
I think you need to reread what I've written in the thread.
As I've said, I use a calendar app to keep track of my work. This works for me. I was giving my suggestion to the OP.
When I said I use my memory, this is for those few occasions when I don't do a job on the day it's...
I've got quite a big round (4 days of work each week), but I just rely on my memory for this sort of thing, as I have a good memory. Probably not the answer you were looking for, but you'll be surprised how much you can remember of what was done, who's paid, etc.
For my calendar app (and I'm sure it's the same for most) you have to sign in with an email account, so there's no danger of losing my data. I set a frequency of every 4 or 8 weeks, but if I wanted to I could set a frequency of the second Monday of every month, for example.
I just use the calendar app that was pre installed on my phone. I can add the customer name, address (which works with Google Maps), frequency, price and a reminder.
Don't overcomplicate window cleaning. There is skill involved in getting used to the equipment, whether traditional or Reach and Wash, but it is just cleaning at the end of the day. B2B, conversion rate, USP, networking- all sounds very professional but means nothing. That's the problem these...
Why should your customers expect you to do extra for free, even if they are regular? You're running a business, you're not doing a favour for your customers. Well you shouldn't be.
Ah, I get you now, sorry. That is a 4 way connector in my photo with the brush jets attached, with a 2 way connector above it with the rinse bar jets attached.
I couldn't find that option on the Gardiner website. Definitely my speed has increased. I don't think water consumption has gone down, but it hasn't gone up either.
I've adapted my brush and it seems to be working well. I only had to increase my flow rate by 5 to make sure the water from the rinse bar clears the bristles. I've found it's best to work slower and more methodically than I was, but I need less passes on the window before they become clean
Is the above possible? That is, for a 4 jet brush with rinse bar fitted, for the water to come out of all jets as well as the rinse bar? Is there a combination of fittings I can put together to make this work?
That's happened to me before when I cleaned a window that was above where the customer had used a barbeque. I applied some detergent on to the bristles, rubbed it in, then washed it off.
I just use a Calendar app on my phone to keep track of my work, which I sign in to with my Google account. You can enter the customer's name, address (if you have Google Maps you can tap this to get directions), job frequency (4 weekly, 6 weekly, monthly, the third Thursday of every month...
Today I cleaned the windows of a new build house. The windows had been cleaned about 5 months ago by a cleaning company after the house was completed, so it wasn't too bad today. But when I was cleaning the patio windows I noticed lots of grooves or channels. I've seen this before, but not as...
Hi everyone. I’m looking for advice for the best connectors and hoses for transferring water from my tank to my pump, and then to my hose reel. What do I need to connect everything together, what material is best, what’s a good website or websites, etc. I have a Wydale tank with one inch outlet...
