18k of work around stoke on trent Cheshire border / Shropshire

here I have 135 houses around stoke on trent and shropshire/Cheshire border

The majority of the work is every four weeks I do have some commercial properties shops that are done two weekly

and one shop done weekly all have been with me for the last 3 years and 4years prior that with an old friend

the annual for the Windows is £18.650

I all so deal with a company cleaning filters

witch are every 2 weeks that's an extra £7150 on top of the 18k

and a 55 plate transit connect

6 months mot

130k on the clock

fitted with a 350l baffled tank pump running on a leisure battery

one hose reel

carbon pole

and various internal cleaning equipment

just for the Windows £5000 ono

the van £1200 but will only sell once the work has sold

and the filter company £1700 will take offers on the lot

only selling due to a good job opportunity that has came up
