    Hi everyone!

Will soon be upgrading my van and installing a bigger tank as need a 2 man setup hence have a lot of questions as never done it before or seen it anywhere ;-)

Normally as far as i can tell all the available tanks.have got one hole at the bottom where you connect your hose to.your pump and.wire your flow controller (at least that is.the set up i have at the moment). Am I right in thinking that in order to support two poles I will need two pumps and.two flow.contollers hence will need to somehow drill a second hole in the.tank myself and connect up everything.sort.of. DIY way? Or is.there another (easier) way? Some pics of existing. Set ups would be great and.any advice.appreciated. thanks.guys!

Surely all you need is a "y" or a "t" piece in the hose coming from the the tank.

Most 2 man setups I've seen just use one tank outlet that supplies both pumps.

One outlet is suffice. Some people use one of everything , even with a 2 man operation but your water flow will be dramatically reduced and your work output a lot less. Get two pumps, two batteries, 2 separate reels.

I would fit this to your tank outlet:

    http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/female-to-male-reducing-bush.html

    and then one of these

    http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.u...tting-to-1-2-inch-male-screw-bspt-thread.html

Then you can run 1/2" John Guest tubing from this to a strainer - http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.u...ine-Strainer-1-2--barbs-Aquatec_Strainer.html

Then 1/2" John Guest tubing from this to a John Guest T - http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/john-guest-1-2-inch-equal-tee.html

This can all be put together in a fairly tight space and is quick and easy to assemble.

Thanks Alex I.think that is exactly what I am going to do :) now a slightly different question can.you fit a 600l tank into the ford transit.connect high.roof? Anyone got a similar setup? The payload is 850kg.so I assume.should be no problem?

I would say a 600 tank would be too big for that van as what you have to take into consideration the max payloads includes everything in/on the van including fuel.

I see my mate with his two vans dragging their arses along the road most days.:D
