House Martins

Anyone else had a job delayed because of house martins nesting?

This is an example I did today that I had to put of clearing & cleaning the guttering, fascia & soffit by a few months as did not want to disturb them nesting,

Now that most had gone apart from two pairs what a mess they had left that house in as was bird mess everywhere.

When I was a kid I willed house martins to nest by my bedroom window. They never did :-(
