35l trolley system issue

Hiya all , my trolley system is only working and pumping water through when i have it on power level 5 ; any less than that and nothing comes out ,
could anyone help ?

If it has a controller try recalibrating it

Too little detail, brand, age etc

Not sure if this is of any help but I had the same problem with my gardiner backpack. Turned out it was the flow rate **** that was at fault.

If it's not using a Spring controller then your speed controller is probably faulty.
