What are these tiles?

As the title suggests. Can anyone tell me what type of tiles these are?

Just look like normal concrete plain roof tiles Green. If they are rough textured they are classed as 'eco' energy saving. Look like Marley plain to me. What's the reasoning mate? Sometimes they don't nail/screw all of them as they are hung (like roof tiles are on a batten) so if you need to identify it to replace then it should say on the back who it's made by if you can take one off.

Saw some looking similar in a FB post and someone said they were asbestos so just wanted to check that were the concrete I thought they were before cleaning them.

Ask the owner, they will give you an answer either way - if it's a dormer extension (can't tell from picture) I would doubt they are asbestos. Looking at the other building materials around it the suggestion is it's modernish (60's).
