Liability contract/agreement

Does anybody use a liability contract or agreement which they make customers sign particularly for builders cleans covering you for scratches to the glass and frames? If so I'd be interested to have a look of possible?

I used to do builders cleans for big building company up my way but to be honest got fed up working on site!

Inductions no ladders having to find site foreman to explain scratches all over glass cement stains on windows etc etc

In the end I packed it in and passed it to another windie
