Got Hit Today

I was driving down the road this morning and some **** looks at me and just started turning into me, the road was wet but lucky I was going slow, slammed on the brakes and whacked him in the side....

now the van is and old ford escort, my front right light and bumper is cracked (but still works) and the bonnet is bent. Cant see any other damage. they admitted liability and he wants to pay me to get it fixed without the insurance but my missus says don't trust him and rather just make a claim.

the insurance says its a write off.... so have 2 choices have the car taken away and valued while I have a courtesy car or keep the van and they take photos and then value the van.... either way I need a new van.... well ******...

How is you neck mate? You might have whiplash.. I would go to the hospital just to check yourself out.. Take it through his insurance!! £4500 for whiplash claim, maybe more if you are off work due to your sore back and neck!!
