Flyer Help

I'm in the process of making up some new flyers. Any input on them would be fantastic. Slate away if needs be. Here are 2 that i've knocked up already.

I go with the right hand side one, probably lose some of the water drops on the letters, keep it on the capital letters.

Right one. Centre all the text instead of right Aline then make the text at the bottom stand out with a white outline (bout 2-3 pixels) or white glow and jobs a good en.

An as said remove some drops. A O & E especially O looks like a P.
