    Hey all

Is this a waste of my time and money or a worth while idea? Do you think the people who look at the adverts in the window will be the type to need a window cleaner?

Has anybody had success with this method? If so, what was your script like? Many thanks

I've got an a4 flyer in the shop windows of shops I clean, I've had a few calls from it. Best bet is launderettes and places like that where people have to wait, as they get bored of sitting there and start reading anything that's there

I've had one in my local shop for a few months now and haven't had a single job from it.

I've had success from putting a flyer up in the newsagents window, couple of one off jobs and a few regulars too...

Same, had a few calls from shop windows.. Probably had to stick ten up to get one or two jobs though.

Most were free to put up.

Something like that, I also had fully insured, and a few add ons like gutter Cleans etc. Keep it simple and to the point.

No script, just stuck one of my fliers in all shop windows. But yeah what you've said.

Everyone says 'free quote ' like it's ever going to cost money lol, sorry pet hate.

I had on my fliers.. 'full frame, doors and sills cleaned as standard'. Had few who got in touch specifically due to that, many cowboys don't see.

    - yeah true I should get rid of the 'free' quote. Your right, like it would ever cost anything.

I'll let you guys know if I get any joy with this method
